My iPhone keeps saying 'storage full'

My iPhone keeps saying 'storage full', I am using 16GB iPhone 6 but I didn't install much Apps. Sometimes take photo. What should I do? Should I switch to 64Gb iPhone 6s?
Solution 1: Clean up useless junk files
When iPhone storage is full, it means the storage is occupied by useless junk files as crash logs, online video cash, Safari cache and so forth. You can clear Safari cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
Solution 2: Delete unwanted videos and pictures
Sometimes storage full on iPhone is caused by too many unwanted photos and videos. Simply open Photos app, then tap each video or photo you want to delete, finally tap Trash icon > Delete Photo.
Solution 3: Clear up unwanted app

We often download many apps that we simply think useful, but once we download them, we even don’t spend a second on them. Just go to Settings > General > Usage and check if any app is not used for a long time or is no longer needed. You can either go into the apps or lurk on your iPhone home screen to delete them so as to fix the storage full on iPhone.
Solution 4: Purchase more iCloud Storage
When iPhone storage is full, you can go to Settings > iCloud > Storage&Backup, click "Buy More Storage", then an entry page will be popped up. Choose a suitable plan for you and the fee will be deducted from your iTunes account. Sponsor ads:
